J-14 is scouting out the hottest music around... and this week's pick is Hope!

Here are five things you need to know about Hope, whose single "Love Love Love" featuring Jason Mraz is out now.

    1. Hope is a singer/songwriter who grew up outside of Woodstock, NY. Those roots show in her music -- her debut album, set to hit stores this winter, is all about love and positivity. "You can expect to hear songs about my life, different styles of music, and something you can feel really good listening to," Hope tells J-14.

    2. Hope's single really is all about the "Love Love Love." "It's about just being so in love with someone -- or in my case, being so in love with music -- that you just don't know what to do with yourself," Hope says. "You feel like you're on cloud 99 instead of cloud 9!

    3. Jason Mraz and Hope actually recorded their vocals for "Love Love Love" separately. "We were still able to hang out while shooting the video in Malibu, CA, which was really cool," Hope explains. "The best part about working with Jason was that he made us all laugh so hard!"
